  True to the name "Gourmet Burgers", Red Robin in Bridge Street Towne Centre has superior burgers as well as other amazing menu items, great service, and a unique, soothing atmosphere.

  Good burgers. They will lettuce wrap their burgers for free. If you're trying to go light(er), you can also get a couple of different endless sides. I like to go for the endless side salads.

  Came in tonight, not on a night that it was busy it is March madness and there are games going on. One of the televisions they were showing hockey once that game was over all we got was a bouncing direct TV logo. Three adults one child. I ordered the nachos thinking that it would be a good size portion I asked our waiter (Austin) and he said they were a good size. I am a pretty big guy so for me that was going to be my entrée. Food came out and the other 2 people burgers were fine. My nachos were cold cheese was located under the chips but the meat and beans and everything else was cold. Got a different burger at a later time. On the child's chicken and French fries he had a long blonde hair from his chicken I mind you this is a 3 year old pulling out hair from his chicken. The manager came and took the price of the chicken off the check for our inconvenience. The staff and service attention to detail was just very slow. There was a spill on our table because of the toddler. We were left with a bunch of napkins and no refills of drinks. When it was time for the check the ziosk system was not working. We could not put in our loyalty rewards member number and it would not split the checks the correct way. Had to call our server numerous times and he still could not get things right. Maybe it was an off night? Then again I don't normally frequent to red robin but when I do the service is always bad. Wish management or a manager would take a deep look into putting customers back first.
