  So it was my second time going to bar Louie on NFL Sunday. As I was walking to find my friends table, the waiter kept pestering me, asking what I wanted to drink and eat, before I had even sat down or taken a look at the menu. Plus, we arrived at 1:30 not realizing the cut off on the bottomless mimosas is at 2. Despite the previous week being served mimosas all day. So apparently you gotta read the small print. Dude....if we knew it ended at 2, we would have told you to bring us the case of champagne instead of $15 for 2 mimosas. Not only was the service slow but management was rude. I can't believe the manager came to us and proclaimed we were wrong. We tried to make bar Louie as our usual spot for Sunday football, but due to my recent impression I would not recommend this restaurant/ bar. I hope everyone finds this comment useful! Just because it's a fancy/good location doesn't mean you will be satisfied when you leave.

  Can't beat their happy hour prices. Good beer. Wish it was colder. The appetizers are half priced as well during happy hour. The flatbreads are great.

  This was our first time here. Music is unnecessarily loud forcing you to have to literally scream at the people in your party for them to be able to hear you. Our server was only present to take our orders, bring our food, and check, which took a very long time to receive. At no time was she ever around to get basic items like napkins and utensils. We had to ask another sever for those.

  I've been here less than a handful of times with nothing outstanding to comment on. Tonight changed that. I ordered the brisket sliders (which are most certainly over priced for what came out plated) and had to send them back twice before just asking for the check to leave. Other than containing what I would assume to be brisket, nothing else was correct as far as the ingredients were listed on the menu. Not even close. I'm sorry, but knowing the menu is sort of important. Definitely will not be back.

  This was my first time at bar louie and I was solicited to get bottomless mimosas when I came in at 1:30 and it sounded like a good deal. So I paid the $15 and after 4 mimosas I was cut off and told it ended at 2. Apparently it's up the customer to infer that the small print on the brunch menu saying brunch ended at 2 also meant bottomless mimosas was also over at 2. Good customer service would have disclosed this information and a good manager would have done better than bringing over a menu and telling us to read the fine print.
