  I have always had a positive experience coming here. I think this is the best Dairy Queen in the city. Even if they mess up an order, they compensate well for it by offering free food and coupons. Everyone here has always been very polite to me and even helped me out one day when I didn't have my credit card with me. This is my go-to place if I want a really good burger or good sandwich.

  Manager needs better customer service training. Called to ensure that my dairy queen free blizzard was redeemable on the app and was told it would be. I Drive all the way there only be to told that the person who answered the phone was "misinformed" and they will not hin or the coupon. After explaining how far I'd driven (and yes I drove the distance because I am pregnant and am craving hard) she goes "He shouldn't have told you that." And doesn't even offer to compensate *I showed proof on phone of the conversation by pulling up my call history*. As someone in the hospitality industry, I am hughly disappointed in the poor service recovery. Manager needs better training and "misinformed staff" needs to be held accountable and trained properly.

  Great Dairy Queen! The food was good and the service is great! Plus it's a fairly new place so everything was nice and clean inside.
